  • What are my upfront costs?

    Upfront costs vary depending on the product package you choose. This includes any required hardware, full setup of your ordering platform, installation, and training.

  • Which EPOS systems integrate with Qube Online Ordering?

    Our Uniwell Embedded EPOS fully integrates with the Qube online ordering platform, ensuring seamless operation between systems.

  • What about monthly rental fees?

    There are 4 different packages available. 1) Web Only. 2) Web + Integration. 3) Web & APP only. 4) Web & App + Integration. Prices start from £79+vat per month. 

  • How long is the contract?

    Initial contracts run for 6 months, then switch to a monthly rolling contract for maximum flexibility.

  • Who does the initial system programming?

    We do! Just supply us with your menus including product prices and any images of products you have (note that images are not essential but good to have). Moving forward any product ammendments, price changes will be done by you. We'll show you how and are there to support if you forget. 

  • Why not just use the major online ordering companies?

    Great question! While popular online ordering platforms are valuable, we recommend using both theirs and ours. Over time, you can encourage customers to order directly through your platform, saving on costly commissions. With our low monthly fee and 0% commission, you keep more profit.

  • Can I set my own perimeters?

    Of course! You choose the wait time, you choose the area you cover (if you deliver) and the price of delivery. You set the days and times you operate. You have complete control and everything is adjustable. 

  • Can I see a demo?

    Yes! One of our team members can walk you through how the system works and provide references from existing clients who’ve kindly agreed to share their experiences.
