We know that accidents happen and things may need repairing - so our engineers have loan units available to make sure any system downtime is kept to the absolute minimum.

Dedicated Helpdesk

We have a helpdesk team dedicated to provide technical support to our contracted customers. Our phone lines are open from 9am-10pm.

Remote Support

Our support team have the facility to open up a remote session (with your consent) on most of our EPoS and back office software. This enables us to see exactly what you can and deal with your query quickly.

Field Based Technicians

We have field based technicians throughout the U.K all equipped with 'ready to deploy' swap out hardware. If your Touch Screen or Printer needs to go back to our workshop, you can use our loan equipment while the repair is taking place to avoid any downtime.

Repair Centre

 Since 2019, we’ve been partnering with our sister company, Microtek, to provide hardware repairs for our customers. Microtek provides EPoS solutions to some of the biggest, industry-leading hospitality and retail brands in the UK, and processes over 400 repairs per week at its repair centre in Leeds.
